Hey you all! I'm back once again with a review! Today I'm going to review Skinfoods Peach Sake Pore Serum. I paid $8.03 for
this, for I bought this from HonestSkin and they had a -30% sale. If you haven't already, you
can check out my haul and review here.
Description: A smooth serum that eliminates shine from enlarged pores and excessive sebum production with finest sake and peach extracts.
How to use: After lotion, apply gently and cover face with hands, for deep absorption.
Packaging: The product is in a frosted glass bottle with a cute imitation wood like
cap. It has a pump dispenser which pumps out just the perfect amount
for my face. I also love the design of this, the peaches are so cool.
Only con is the comic sans...
Consistency: The texture is quite light, creamy-like and easy to
spread. It "absorbs" pretty well, leaving my face with a soft, matte
feel.
Smell: The smell reminds me of some fruity/peachy drink or something. It smells
like a slightly artifical sweet peach and maybe a little bit of
alcohol ? I love the smell of peach in general, but this doesn't smell that good to me.
My Experience: I have been using this for a month now and I think it is safe to say that this doesn't do much for me. My pores appear smaller, but I'm not sure if it's because of this product or the Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner. (Reviewed here!) What comes to the shine, my face is okay for the day, not too oily, but at the evening I suddenly notice my skin is super duper oily, like oilier than normally. So it kind of eliminates shine, but doesn't seem to do anything to balance the oil production.
The Summary: This serum is okay. I still have about a half of it left so
I'll continue using it, just to be sure it really does nothing. I don't think I will repurchase.

My Latest Gets
Hello hello! I have been shopping a little lately, spring really wakes up the raging materialist inside me. So I decided to share what I have hauled so far! Also my mom went to Estonia and she brought me some souvenirs so I'm including them here too. I'm sorry for the slightly bad quality of the photos, I don't know what happened. They looked good on my phone, I swear!
These three are the souvenirs I got from my mom (Love ya btw ♥), the sweater and the necklaces are from H&M. I actually asked her to look for that sweater, because our local H&M didn't have it and I hate to order from the H&M online store (I have traumas) The skirt and stockings are from Terranova I believe. They're kind of wild haha, lets see if I can style them nicely.
The sunglasses are from Lindex. I really love them they're so perfect !! I actually haven't owned a pair of nice sunglasses since junior highschool maybe? Anyway, loving these a lot.
The dress is from H&M and it was on sale for 5 euros. The dress actually came with a same colored string belt, but I decided to use it for other purposes and wear some other belt with the dress instead.
These I actually got today, when I went to the city with my mom and her bf! The nailpolish thinner (=kynsilakanohentaja, oh Finnish♥) is indeed from Trind and it cost only 5 euros, such a bargain. I really have been eyeing nailpolish thinners for a while, because I have so many thickened nailpolishes it's insane. The price has always made me not to buy one, I'm such a cheapskate lol.
I also got a Color Fresh Hair Toner from Wella in 5/0 light brown. I really like my hair color now, because it's so close to my natural color, so I don't have to color it almost at all and I would like to keep it that way. But somehow my hair looks so bland and boring to me, so I wanted something to change it a little. If this stuff is good, I might try out the other colors too just for fun.
So thats all for this time! I have been writing some reviews, so if nothing interesting happens in my life, I can shower you with reviews. See you next time ♥

New URL and stuff
Heya! Today I decided to change the url, which is now: http://anixhoney.blogspot.com !
I made a dump blog with the old URL aka http://lesoundofrain.blogspot.com and made it redirect here, so no problemos! I would appriciate it though if you could update your bookmarks (if you have bookmarked me) so I can delete the dump blog at some point. But not going to delete it any time soon, I will let it sit as long as people come to this blog through that dump blog.
I also put those cute social media buttons in the sidebar, be sure to check them out and follow maybe? ;---)
The biggest changes are done now, might do some little tweaks here and there, but now I can again just focus on the actual blogging yay!
So what do you think? Is the change good? What do you think of the blog name? Let me know!

Dem changes
Hey guys! You maybe have noticed that I have changed my blogs name. I somehow just got fed up with the name "The Sound of Rain" as I didn't feel it really described me or this blog after all. So I came up with the name "Anihoney", which describes me and this blog pretty well.
Ani comes from my name Anni and it is close to the word any, which describes this blog pretty well, because I can't pin point exactly what this blog is (like beauty, fashion, life style, etc) and is more of a mix of everything I like.
Then the honey part is just because I like to put honey in almost everywhere you can and I love it. As a combination Anihoney has a nice sound to it I think and it's more memorable than "The Sound of Rain" and it is more usable in social media for example. "The Sound of Rain" was also kind of gloomy and somehow restricting to me when making tha layout (because I like things to match) and Anihoney is more light-hearted and doesn't give any strong ideas kind of like yeah. Okay maybe I'll stop comparing these two for now lol.
Also I'm going to make a few changes to the layout, so don't pay a lot of attention to that lol. I actually have made some changes like changing the fonts, but yeah. Maybe add a about me and about blog sitethingys and maybe some others. Just some minor stuff!
What comes to the domain, I think I'm going to change it in a week or so. I didn't want to change it straight away, without making a post about it first. Try to cope with the possible hassle!
Thats all for now, better to stop this messy thing here. I don't even have a cute fresh selca to end this with so have a cute heart. ♥

Review: Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner 500ml
Hey guys! Today I'll be reviewing Etude House's Wonder Pore Freshner in the bigger version, which contains 500ml of product. There are a difference in packaging between the smaller version and this, but I'll talk more about it later in this post. I paid $8.57 for this, thanks to HonestSkins -30% sale last month, you can check out my haul and review here. On to the review!
Description: This product is total solution for pore care, preventing enlarged pores, less firmer skin and skin troubles by eliminating what hurts skin health from within.
7 in 1 Total Pore Solution
How to use: Soak the make up cotton with the Freshner and wipe your face from the center of your face to the outside. With gentle patting, let the skin absorb the leftover Freshner. You can carry the Freshner in a mist type container and apply onto your skin when there is too much sebum or you have itchy feeling.
Btw, am I the only one who has the urge to write Freshener instead of Freshner?
Packaging: As I mentioned before, this is the bigger version containing 500ml of product. The bottle is plastic and it has a pump dispenser with a cup-like thing, where you put your cotton swab/ball and push. Pretty handy, I think. It gives you a nice amount at one pump, but sometimes it just feels like its not enough and two pumps feels too much. Meh. Sometimes when pumping it somehow squirts and I have never actually seen where it comes from but it happens, even though I have my cotton swab covering the whole cup-like thing. A little bit confusing and disturbing, but I can live with it. I actually got this bigger version because of the dispenser, the smaller version containing 250ml doesn't have it. The dispenser is very handy and you don't have to lift the bottle and accidentally spill it all over or anything and you don't have to worry about accidentally getting too much of it.
Consistency: Well it is watery and very liquid, just like toners normally or atleast like western toners.
Smell: It smells faintly like alcohol, but not too much. I can barely smell it.
My Experience: I can't say for sure how effective this has been alone, for I started using Skinfoods Peach Sake Pore Serum (reviewed here!) around the same time. My pores really do appear smaller and the oil production of my face has lessened, but the baddest oily area aka my nose still likes to go oily, but I'm okay with it. I can't measure the pH of my skin, I can't say anything about the pH "correcting" claim. I don't know much about the moisturizing, but this makes my skin feel less tight after cleansing. My skintone has actually gotten more even, but I can't say for sure that it is solely because of this stuff. It doesn't feel too harsh on my combination skin and it doesn't irritate or anything.
Random thought! What if the moisturizing part means that it doesn't dry out your skin, even though it contains alcohol? Yes, this contains alcohol, beware.
The Summary: As a toner, this does it's job in any left over dirt from cleansing and it really feels like it balances my skin after cleansing. Sounds a bit cray cray, but no can do.
I think I will repurchase, if I don't come across anything more interesting. After all 500ml is a lot, so I think it will last me a long time. It also is pretty cheap, so why not!
So that is about it for now, buh bye ♥
